Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines seeks an Account Specialist to execute field activities and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. You will engage healthcare providers, build strong relationships, and support product launches and adoption to ensure patient access to innovative therapies.

In this role you will navigate complex patient pathways and collaborate with Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with product launches and pre-launch planning.
• Familiarity with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
