Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to drive commercial performance across a defined territory and engage healthcare providers to deliver on launch objectives. You will build strong relationships, educate customers, and support access to therapies for patients.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Medical, and Patient Services teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining rigorous compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches, pre-launch planning, and early market execution.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.

• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.

• Support launch execution and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of product, disease state, and market.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
