Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions across the US. You will drive basis of design in specifications and spearhead market penetration with engineers and design professionals.

The role requires 3+ years in specification business development in plumbing, strong technical and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 50–75% across the Southwest region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of specification business development in plumbing industry.
• Ability to influence engineering specifications and drive product adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate complex product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with key civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site engineers across the US.
• Promote Siteworks products and educate engineers on features and applications.
• Deliver presentations, lunch-and-learns, technical seminars, and on-site training to drive awareness and preference.
• Position Siteworks as the basis of design in project specifications for commercial, industrial, municipal, and site development applications.
• Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and sales teams to maximize market penetration.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize CRM to document interactions and manage a pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product management and leadership.
