Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic Specification Business Development Manager to promote Siteworks trench drain solutions within civil, plumbing, mechanical, and site development engineers across the South Central US.

In this role you will drive specification to basis of design in project documents, educate engineers on product benefits, and collaborate with manufacturers reps and sales teams. Expect 50-75% travel and a competitive base salary with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in specification business development in plumbing.
• Ability to influence engineering specs and drive adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with civil and mechanical engineers.
• Promote Siteworks and position as basis of design in specs.
• Collaborate with manufacturer reps and sales teams to drive penetration.
