Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across five regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic. You will lead market development, client engagement and sales execution, reporting to the Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders such as surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined geographic region.
• Engage customers, create opportunities, manage the pipeline and drive sales execution.
• Conduct business planning to exceed revenue and sales targets and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps, ensuring flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding.
