Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions. You will drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, and pipeline management.

The role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset, 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, and the ability to train surgeons, staff and reps.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video, robotics, navigation or enabling technology sales strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform (TESSA)
• Engage customers, develop opportunities and manage pipeline across defined geographic region
• Lead sales execution and training of surgeons, staff and reps
• Coordinate trial preparation, execution and seamless customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives
• Report to Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology
• Travel up to 90% to cover Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic regions
