Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers for five regions across the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. The role focuses on accelerating adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform through market development, customer engagement and robust pipeline management.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with surgeons, administrators and executives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video, robotics, navigation or enabling tech sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders (surgeons, administrators, executives).

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined region.
• Engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipeline and drive sales execution to exceed targets.
• Plan business strategy, train and certify surgeons, staff and reps, and ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding.
