Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic. The role centers on market development, customer engagement, and sales execution to exceed revenue targets.

You will travel up to 90% of the time, engage surgeons and administrators, manage pipelines, and coordinate training and onboarding, reporting to the Area VP of Sales –

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience with sports medicine, capital equipment, video, robotics, navigation or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Engage customers across a defined geographic region and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Manage market development, opportunity creation and pipeline execution to exceed revenue targets.
