Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. The role focuses on market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution with substantial travel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to align diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Develop market across a defined region with customer engagement and pipeline management.
• Create opportunities, manage pipeline and execute sales to exceed targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff & reps; ensure trial prep and onboarding are flawless.
• Report to Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
