Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers for five regions (Northeast, South, Central, West, Mid-Atlantic). The role focuses on accelerating adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform with surgeons, staff and administrators across assigned geographies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. 90% travel is required to support customers and trials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined region.
• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
