Job summary

Smith+ Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to drive commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic. You will lead market development, engage customers and manage the sales pipeline.

This field-based role requires 5+ years orthopedic device sales, a bachelor’s degree, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to train surgeons and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, preferably in sports medicine or capital equipment with video/robotics.
• Strong presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of TESSA across a defined region.
• Develop market plans, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trial preparation and customer onboarding.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective field sales execution.
