Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic regions. Expect high travel and strategic market development, with emphasis on pipeline growth, clinical onboarding and customer engagements.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Manage pipeline, regional sales targets and business planning.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trial preparation, execution and onboarding.
• Report to the Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology and drive revenue growth.
