Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipelines and drive sales execution from a clinical and technical perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine and enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders (surgeons, administrators and executives).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
