Job summary

Smith+ Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. The role covers market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution with a strong emphasis on clinical and technical onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of Smith+ Nephew’s first-to-market spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management across a defined geographic region.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
