Job summary

Smith+Nephew is hiring a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across multiple regions in the U.S. You will lead market development, engage customers and manage opportunities in your defined geography.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate surgeons, administrators and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine or enabling technology preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform in a defined region.
• Manage market development, pipeline and sales execution; train and certify surgeons, staff and reps.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue targets and ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Report to Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
