Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities and manage the sales pipeline with a focus on achieving revenue targets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to train surgeons, staff and reps while coordinating trial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales (sports medicine, capital equipment, video, robotics, navigation or enabling tech)
• Strong clinical, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons and administrators

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region
• Engage customers, create opportunities and manage a sales pipeline
• Provide training and certification for surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding
