Job summary

Smith+Nephew in the United States seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will lead market development, engage surgeons, and coordinate with clinical and technical teams to accelerate trials, onboarding, and rollout.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical devices, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and a track record of surpassing revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Lead market development, pipeline management and sales execution across a defined region.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
