Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five U.S. regions. You will drive market development, engage customers, and manage opportunities from planning through execution.

The role requires strategic, entrepreneurial thinking, a strong sales background in orthopedic devices, and the ability to train clinicians and staff. Expect extensive travel and collaboration with regional leaders to exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform.
• Manage market development, pipeline and revenue targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles across defined regions.
