Job summary

Smith+Nephew is hiring for Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across multiple regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities and manage pipelines to meet revenue targets.

The role requires orthopedic medical device sales experience and strong clinical, presentation and relationship-building skills. Significant travel and field training responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine/capital equipment experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA) across a defined region; drive market development, customer engagement, pipeline creation and sales execution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology; travel as required (90%).
