Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across multiple regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities and manage pipelines while ensuring successful trials and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and proven ability to align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience. Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff & reps; coordinate trial preparation, execution and onboarding across clinical and technical perspectives.
