Smith+Nephew is hiring a Spatial Surgery Development Manager in the United States to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform. You will lead market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution across a defined geographic region.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with surgeons, administrators and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales.
• Strong clinical, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage surgeons, administrators and executives.
• Willingness to travel 90% to customer sites.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Develop market, engage customers, and manage the sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding.
• Report to Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
