Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive market development, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a multi-region footprint. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage pipeline, and guide clinical and technical onboarding for surgeons, staff and representatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales with strong relationship-building and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Engage customers and develop opportunities across a defined geographic region.
• Manage pipeline and execute sales strategies to exceed targets.
• Develop business plans and supervise training/certification of surgeons, staff and reps.
• Oversee flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
