Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across a defined region. You will drive market development, customer engagement, and sales execution while building a healthy pipeline and coordinating trials.

The role demands strong clinical and presentation skills, 5+ years in orthopedic device sales, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders including surgeons and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience. Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform, TESSA, across a defined geographic region.
• Develop market, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipeline and execute sales.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
