Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.
• Travel 90% travel

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s spatial surgery platform (TESSA) across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
