Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform. You will manage market development, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across a defined geographic region.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with surgeons, administrators and executives. Expect significant travel and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Build and manage a defined geographic pipeline and execute sales plans.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
