Smith+Nebhew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions. You will drive market development, engage customers and manage a robust sales pipeline while ensuring flawless trial preparation and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of orthopedic device sales, strong clinical/presentation/communication skills, and the ability to align diverse stakeholders, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years orthopedic medical device sales experience (sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video/ robotics) preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders (surgeons, admins, executives).

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Develop market, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipeline and execute sales.
• Conduct training and certification of surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trials and onboarding.
• Plan business to exceed revenue and sales targets; report to Area VP of Sales.
