Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is hiring a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. You will manage market development, engage customers, and drive opportunity creation with a focus on revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and communication skills, and the ability to train surgeons and staff while ensuring flawless trial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of Smith+Nebhew's spatial surgery platform TESSA across a defined geographic region.
• Develop market, build pipeline, train and certify surgeons, staff & reps, and manage trials and onboarding.
• Lead sales strategy to exceed revenue targets and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
