Smith+Nebhew is hiring a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across multiple regions. You will drive market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipelines and lead sales execution with clinical and technical insight.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to train surgeons, staff and reps. Expect extensive travel and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nebhew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution across a defined geographic region.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff & reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding experiences.
• Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
