Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions. You will drive market development, engage surgeons and administrators, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and lead training for surgeons, staff and reps to ensure successful trials and onboarding.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to align diverse

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine and capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, and communication skills are required.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, admins, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across defined regions.
• Develop market strategy, manage pipeline, and execute sales plans to exceed targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding.
