Job summary

Smith+Nebhew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across a defined geographic region. You will lead market development, customer engagement and pipeline management while ensuring effective training and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to engage diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nebhew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution across a defined geographic region.
• Plan to exceed revenue and sales targets and train/certify surgeons, staff and reps.
• Ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
