Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking five Spatial Surgery Development Managers to drive adoption of the TESSA platform across the Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic regions. You will lead market development, engage surgeons and administrators, build a robust sales pipeline, and execute strategic plans to exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities include training and certifying surgeons and staff, ensuring flawless trial preparation and onboarding, and reporting to the Area VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform.
• Lead market development, customer engagement and opportunity creation.
• Manage pipeline and execute sales across defined regions.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trial preparation and onboarding.
