Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across defined regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. You will drive market development, customer engagement, and pipeline management, while training surgeons, staff and reps and coordinating trial activities.

The role requires a highly strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with proven orthopedic medical device sales experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience (sports medicine/capital equipment preferred).
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report directly to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
