Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across five regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. You will lead market development and sales execution while building a robust pipeline and training surgeons, staff and reps.

The role emphasizes strong clinical and technical engagement, flawless trial prep and onboarding, and close collaboration with the Area VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA platform across defined regions.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Train and certifying surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Support clinical and technical perspectives in executions and customer experiences.
