Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers across five regions to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform. You will lead market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution within a defined geography.

Responsibilities include training surgeons and staff, coordinating trials, and ensuring flawless onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives. This is a travel-intensive role reporting to the Area VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and utilization of Smith+Nephew’s TESSA platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management, and sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff & reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology and align with clinical and technical teams.
