Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region, including market development, customer engagement, and pipeline management.

You will train surgeons, staff and reps, oversee trials, and ensure flawless onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives. This role reports to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology and involves up to 90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sports medicine or enabling technology sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across a defined region.
• Manage market development, opportunity creation, and pipeline execution.
• Train surgeons and staff, ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
