Job summary

Smith+Nebhew in the United States is hiring a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, manage a sales pipeline and drive regional revenue growth.

You will train surgeons and staff, ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding, and work with the Area VP of Sales to meet targets. 90% travel required; 5 regional openings in Northeast, South, Central, West and Mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Develop regional business plans to exceed revenue targets and build sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and representatives; oversee trial prep and onboarding.
• Manage pipeline, market development and customer engagements across defined region.
