Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to drive adoption and revenue for the TESSA platform across a defined US region. You will build the pipeline, engage surgeons and administrators, and ensure successful trials and onboarding from both clinical and technical perspectives.

The role demands a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with 90% travel, strong presentation and relationship skills, and a focus on exceeding sales targets while aligning with the Area VP of Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience (sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology).
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of TESSA in a defined geographic region.
• Market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding.
• Exceed revenue and sales targets with strategic business planning.
