Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of our TESSA platform across five U.S. regions.

You will drive market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage pipelines, while leading training and onboarding of surgeons, staff, and reps from a clinical and technical perspective. This role requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with proven orthopedic medical device sales experience and ability to coordinate with surgeons,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption, and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Develop market across defined geographic region; manage opportunities and pipeline.
• Plan to exceed revenue and sales targets; train and certify surgeons, staff, and reps.
• Ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical/technical perspectives.
• Report to Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.
