Job summary

Smith+Nephew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions. You will drive market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution with a strategic, entrepreneurial approach.

You will travel up to 90% to train surgeons and staff, build relationships with administrators and executives, and oversee trials from planning through onboarding, reporting to the Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Manage market development, pipeline, and regional sales execution.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff, and reps; support trial prep and onboarding.
