Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will drive market development, customer engagement, pipeline creation and sales execution with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.

Travel is 90% as you train surgeons, staff and reps, manage trials, and ensure flawless onboarding from a clinical and technical perspective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nebhew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined geographic region.
• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation, pipeline management and sales execution.
• Lead business planning to exceed revenue and sales targets; build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and customer onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
