Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across a multi-region footprint. You will drive market development, engage customers, and manage opportunities from pipeline to close, while coordinating clinical and technical onboarding for new accounts.

The role demands a strategic mindset, exceptional relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 90% to support surgeons, administrators and executives across diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine or capital equipment preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region.
• Develop and execute market development plans and customer engagement strategies.
• Create opportunities, manage sales pipeline and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead training and certify surgeons, staff and reps; oversee trial prep and onboarding.
• Collaborate with Area VP of Sales for regional strategy and performance.
