Job summary

Smith+Nebhew seeks a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region. You will lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.

Responsibilities include training surgeons and staff, certifying reps, ensuring flawless trial preparation and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives, and exceeding sales targets with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine/capital equipment experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of Smith+Nephew's spatial surgery platform, TESSA, across a defined region.
• Drive market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Lead training and certification of surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding.
