Smith+ Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform across multiple regions. You will lead market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage pipelines to meet revenue targets.

You will train surgeons, staff and reps, oversee trial preparation and onboarding, and coordinate with clinical and technical teams to ensure successful deployments. This role requires intense field activity and up to 90% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsabilités

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Drive market development, customer engagement and opportunity creation.
• Manage pipeline and execute sales across defined regions.
• Develop business plans to exceed revenue and sales targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams, reporting to Area VP of Sales.
