Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is hiring for Spatial Surgery Development Managers across five regions to accelerate adoption of the TESSA platform. The role focuses on market development, customer engagement and sales execution with a heavy travel requirement.

You will lead clinical and technical onboarding, ensure trial readiness, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with the Area VP of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment incl. video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders, including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform (TESSA).
• Manage market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution across a defined geographic region.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation and onboarding.
