Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions.

You will lead market development, engage customers, and manage opportunities, building a solid pipeline while training surgeons, staff and reps for successful trials and onboarding.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, cross-functional collaboration and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine/capital equipment preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage and align surgeons, administrators and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and pipeline across defined regions.
• Accelerate adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; manage trials and onboarding.
