Job summary

Smith+Nebhew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA platform across defined regions. You will lead market development, customer engagement and pipeline management, driving revenue growth in collaboration with the Area VP of Sales.

This role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment including video, robotics, navigation, or enabling technology sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region.
• Lead market development, customer engagement, opportunity creation and pipeline management.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical and technical perspectives.
• Report to the Area Vice President of Sales - Service & Enabling Technology.
