Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate the commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across defined regions in the Northeast, South, Central, West, and Mid-Atlantic. This role focuses on market development, customer engagement, pipeline management and sales execution with a strong clinical and technical onboarding emphasis.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, ideally including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine and enabling tech preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization and adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform.
• Manage market development, pipeline and territory sales targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps.
• Lead flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding from clinical/technical perspective.
