Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking Spatial Surgery Development Managers to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across five regions. You will drive market development, engage customers, build a robust pipeline, and oversee training, trial prep, and onboarding from a clinical/technical perspective.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong presentation and relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate with surgeons, administrators and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience; sports medicine, capital equipment, video/robotics/navigation sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined region.
• Develop market and engage customers to create opportunities and manage pipeline.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep, execution and onboarding.
• Report to Area VP of Sales – Service & Enabling Technology and exceed revenue targets.
