Smith & Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined geographic region. You will drive market development, engage customers, create opportunities, and manage pipelines from initial contact to sale, while ensuring smooth trial and onboarding processes.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, with strong clinical, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience, sports medicine or capital equipment sales preferred.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders including surgeons, administrators, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined region.
• Engage customers, create opportunities, manage pipeline and execute sales.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure trial preparation, execution and onboarding from clinical/technical perspectives.
