Job summary

Smith+Nephew is seeking a Spatial Surgery Development Manager to accelerate adoption of the TESSA spatial surgery platform across a defined US region. You will lead market development, engage customers, manage the sales pipeline and ensure seamless trial preparation and onboarding for clinical and technical teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, strong clinical and presentation skills, and the ability to engage surgeons, administrators and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
• Strong clinical, presentation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience engaging surgeons, administrators and executives.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate commercialization, adoption and utilization of the spatial surgery platform, TESSA across a defined region.
• Develop market strategy, build pipeline and manage sales opportunities to meet targets.
• Train and certify surgeons, staff and reps; ensure flawless trial prep and onboarding.
• Own business planning to exceed revenue targets and manage full-cycle sales execution.
